Great service, great location, and they handed us a room that was already booked by us because the booking system had shown it unavailable, even though the hotel had apparently been informed. They helped us before breakfast time without any problem when we got the timing wrong. Nothing else.

Da localização,. As instalações precisam de mais cuidados, nota-se falta de manutenção, bem como os jardins. O tamanho do quarto era razoável, só que a base de chuveiro estava um pouco danificada e a água corria com pouca intensidade. O frigorífico não funcionava e estava com aspeto de falta de manutenção. As instalações em si, pareciam agradáveis à primeira vista mas precisam de mais cuidados e em certos locais até cheirava a mofo. Havia um restaurante, que até estávamos com intenção de utilizar devido ao fim de semana dedicado ao "Cordeiro à moda de Monção" e disseram logo que o restaurante estava encerrado, não para descanso do pessoal, mas sim encerrado
