I've made a reservation for two nights, and specifically asked for two twins beds, they said it's available so I booked it. But once I got there… the receptionist told me there is only one double bed left. I mean what's the point of pre booking anyways… if they just gave it away to someone else…??

The place was filthy—mattress and bedsheet looked dirty and smelled bad. Breakfast was delayed and the service closed at 10 AM.
