I didn't like anything. When we arrived the location they canceled our booking even though we inform them before we are arriving
We recently stayed at this hotel for just 1 day, and I have to say it was one of the most comfortable and stress-free short stays I’ve had in Nuwara Eliya. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-kept. The bed was cozy and the overall ambiance was calm and relaxing. For a 1-night stay, it had everything you need and nothing extra to worry about. We actually felt more rested than we expected after just one night. The biggest highlight, however, was the staff. They were extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout. Whether it was check-in, a small request in the room, or checking out, every team member attended to us with a smile and zero delay. That kind of hospitality is rare these days, and it made our short stay feel much more welcoming and personal. Another major plus is that it’s a budget-friendly hotel, but it never feels “cheap.” The comfort level, cleanliness, and service quality are all way above what you’d expect for the price. It’s the kind of place where you get excellent value without compromising on quality. Overall, even though it was just a 1-day stay, the hotel left a lasting good impression on us. Comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, peaceful environment, and a price that’s easy on the pocket. If you’re looking for a reliable, budget-friendly, and comfortable place to stay in Nuwara Eliya for a night or two, I would highly recommend this hotel.
