“Pésimo lugar no volveré”

Nothing positive. Poor service and the location next to clubs with too much noise; I couldn’t sleep until the bars closed at 1 am.

The staff were very attentive, the bed was comfortable. The location is very good, close to various shops. Rooms are tight for one person. Coffee is available at reception. The bathroom is very small, toiletries are very basic, there’s no elevator, credit cards are not accepted, no fan or air conditioning, no breakfast service. The closet is very small, no space for suitcases. There’s no iron or ironing board, no kettle in the room. Some furniture is uneven, e.g. the nightstands, so the drawers open easily.

I liked the cleanliness, comfort, tranquility and excellent service, aspects that made my stay pleasant and satisfying. In general, the accommodation experience was satisfactory; however, I think there are some areas that could be improved, especially regarding comfort, attention to detail and the quality of certain services. These elements, although they may seem minor, significantly affect the perception of well‑being and the overall quality of the stay. Nonetheless, I value the experience and believe that with some adjustments the establishment could offer a service more in line with guests’ expectations.
