MainStay Suites Chicago Schaumburg

“Very satisfied.”

The Manager JJ showed superb dedication, and Jazmine and John at the front desk delivered excellent customer service. The location is great—just a walk to Woodfield Mall—and the property has been newly renovated.

“An absolutely horrible and unacceptable experience from beginning to end. A confirmed reservation, n”

Nothing was good. I will never stay there again, and I will never use the service that lost my reservation. What happened at your Schaumburg location was absolutely disgraceful: I had a confirmed reservation yet was denied check‑in because you failed to handle it properly. The experience was beyond unacceptable, embarrassing, and infuriating. You should be ashamed of how I was treated. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. From start to finish it was an absolutely horrible and unacceptable ordeal—no room, disrespectful staff, and I left feeling humiliated, frustrated, and disgusted. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was absolutely awful and unprofessional; their attitude and treatment of me upon arrival were beyond disgusting. Words cannot describe how poorly I was treated. Instead of basic courtesy, understanding, or professionalism, they made an already horrible situation even worse. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

“I stayed may be 5 minutes. I checked in and checked out right away due to a malfunctioning door lock”

Nothing. I had a door that wouldn’t unlock and the front lady, Jasmine, told me I could either check out or stay in the room until someone fixed the door the next morning. I checked out immediately as Jasmine advised, but she didn’t process my checkout in their system. She said they couldn’t help me with a refund and told me to ask the . I checked in and checked out in a few minutes and was charged $398.97 for 9/16 through 9/19. I didn’t even bring my luggage when I checked out. I needed my medicine but couldn’t leave because the door wouldn’t lock. They should refund my money. Too many issues to describe here.

“Get a better set up, move the smoking area and keep is clean.”

Not much. There is no breakfast included, even though they claim on booking that breakfast is included. The designated smoking area is right by the front door as you enter, and all you can smell is cigarettes and weed.
