Everything was fine overall, but the food selection was limited and the staff left me disappointed. When I checked in, the receptionist Carlos was a bit unpleasant; he gave me directions in a huge hotel where I got lost, and even after I repeated the issue, he just said he’d already drawn a map.

I liked the beautiful beachfront spot, the stunning ocean views, and the range of amenities around the resort. The vibe was laid‑back, and having food, drinks, and entertainment all included made the stay enjoyable. However, the on‑site restaurants should offer more Mexican dishes.

The rooms were unclean, with cockroaches, mold in the drains, dirty tables, and filthy floors.

The location was fine, the food tasty, the sea beautiful, and the room spacious. The staff and the restaurant were “disappointing”; rude and unpleasant. In the Palmar area only one of the two elevators worked, causing long waits. The sink drain in the room was bad, and the balcony had poor water runoff.
