The staff were very pleasant and polite, and they were very helpful with various matters unrelated to the hotel, such as buying a local SIM card and finding a dry cleaner. The breakfast was very tasty. In the morning, during breakfast, some tables by the window were not cleared right away, so we couldn’t sit at them.

The sauna was good. However, they asked for extra money even though we had already paid the total amount, claiming it was an “extra fee.” It was very annoying. If we had refused to pay, we would have had to leave. I later found out that they used this trick with several other customers.

The internet was stable, breakfast was very good, and the bed and pillow were comfortable, but the location isn’t ideal for tourists.
