The room is very comfortable and the size is just right, but the elevator broke and I was really worried; I paid 60,00 for parking for just one day.

The place and its facilities are fine, yet again it’s awful having to chase the NF‑E for my work at IBIS; to get a NF‑E for the company’s expense claim is a hassle— I still haven’t received my invoice, they said it would come by e‑mail but it didn’t, I called and they said it would arrive soon but it still hasn’t; it’s a pain, you have to beg— they don’t know that issuing the NF‑E is mandatory.
