The location was gorgeous, the hotel was wonderful, breakfast was extraordinary and very generous with a wide variety that catered to every taste – I highly recommend it. The room itself was stunning, though the furniture, especially the armchairs, were a bit stained and old, but overall it was truly splendid.

A very luxurious and beautiful hotel. Large, clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. No complaints.

Good location, nice photos. We ruined our honeymoon. We arrived after the wedding, they told us the hotel was almost empty and we should enjoy it. Throughout the stay we received sub‑par service; the staff were impatient and ugly. When we ordered a sandwich to the room, it arrived after more than an hour, the bread was frozen and the vegetables weren’t fresh. The next day we ordered food from outside, asked the staff to bring it to our room, and after the delivery arrived it took more than 40 minutes to bring it to us, even after we called twice. The staff member who placed the delivery on the door cursed us through the door. My partner booked a couples massage, and after less than a quarter‑hour he called to cancel one massage and keep the other. He answered with a snort that it couldn’t be cancelled and we were already charged for both, and you can’t do a longer single massage. If you only want pretty pictures – that’s the hotel. Expect disappointment in everything else.
