The Hotel offers a surprisingly expansive and multi-tiered array of amenities and beautiful gardens down the hillside from the main road to Armenia from the airport. There is a pool, jacuzzi, small playground that leads to the open‑air gym, lounge with games and TV, and a large pavilion restaurant. It’s definitely a place built for hosting large parties and gatherings like a wedding but had relatively low occupancy during my stay, which made it quite peaceful. They upgraded me to a larger room with a big jacuzzi tub gratis, let me extend my stay at a discounted rate when my plans changed last minute, and allowed me a very late checkout for a late afternoon flight. The staff were so nice and act like a great team. My Spanish is so‑so at best and they were patient and easy to chat with. You’ll see them laughing and eating meals together at the restaurant. Every interaction from the first messages on WhatsApp to check‑in, meals, and asking for help looking for a lost item made me feel really cared for in a way formal hotels or resorts never do.

The location on the edge of the road is very convenient. The service is good. Everything is clean. We liked the breakfast and the hamburgers!!

The facilities and the food are good, but the television did not work for the two days we stayed, we informed the manager and it was never sent to be fixed.
