The staff were very friendly and ready to help, yet the accommodation was grubby and the conditions were poor. I had to wear slippers just to shower because I feared fungal infections, and the bed only had a fitted sheet and a folded blanket—no proper bedding at all. I couldn’t believe I was staying the night; it felt more like a truck‑stop. Yango would normally charge up to 250 mtn for transport to the hotel, but I was billed 1000 mtn. The ride to the airport was 800 m – 500 mtn, which shouldn’t be listed on their site. It gives the place a bad reputation, and I’ll never go back.

Nothing good. It was a total shit hole, pathetic, with nothing working. I’d rather sleep in my car.

Clean and great for the price, well located, cheap and convenient. I had a blast and met amazing people there! The only issue was that I couldn’t find hot water in the showers (not sure if it even existed).

I arrived an hour early to drop off my luggage, yet no one was there. I rang the bell several times, waited in front of the door, and called the number on the door, but nobody answered. I had to go elsewhere, yet they still charged me for a night. Booking couldn’t help, and the hotel refused to refund me. It’s a shame because I use that platform often.
