The location is right next to the iPhone Simma shopping mall. The reception staff are great, especially the Filipino lady. I strongly advise not to leave money or valuables in the hotel, especially cash 😡.

I stayed on the 3rd floor in a room with a large window that made it very bright and tidy. The shower booth worked perfectly—water temperature, pressure and drainage were fine, and the amenities, hair dryer and even a small fridge were all adequate; the air‑conditioning was effective and flawless. Though we didn’t use it, the lobby has a kitchen and laundry, so it’s suitable for longer stays. Security was solid: the key card synced with the building’s door locks, making it convenient and reliable. Icon Siam is within walking distance, so it’s great for event‑based visits. Personally, I liked that a street‑side food stall opens in the morning near the main road. The only downside I can point out is the desk space is compact and the area for unfolding a suitcase ends up either on the bed or the floor. While the upkeep is good, those who mind renovation traces might not find it ideal. Still, for its price range, it’s adequate.
