The price and location were fine. The area is peaceful, a walk away from Bergamo centre. The place was not clean (dirty floors, dirty kitchen, hairs inside the bed, moldy bathroom). Communication was not very friendly. Neighbours were loud and the walls were thin.

The room was clean, spacious, and easy to reach by bus or on foot from Citta Bassa centre. The bed and bathroom were fine. Even though it was within walking distance of Citta Bassa centre, it was a less safe spot to walk alone at night. After 23.00 u, no buses went to the accommodation. In the evening I also had trouble with noisy neighbours. The bathroom wasn’t finished well and could have been improved. Still, it was clean and roomy. Self‑Check‑In worked well, the price was reasonable and overall a good stay.

Nothing special. The description said the bathroom was private, not shared with another room, but the view was actually a sign and a metal gate that echoes when it closes. There are no shelves or storage next to the bed. The whole space is very acoustic and everything echoes. I’m sorry I don’t have pictures.

The owner was always ready to answer questions and requests. Towels and bed sheets were clean. It sits in a nice, quiet area, 17 minutes walking to the centre. Parking is available in front of the property. Some mold appeared in the bathroom, dust and spiders were in the room, and it was very dark even with the lights on. Noise from other rooms could be heard until late at night.

The area was very calm and quiet, with shops nearby. The room photos matched reality. The bidet leaked water; only two shampoo packs were left, even though we were two people for two days; the bathroom had some dampness. What felt a bit more off was the shared kitchen, which could only be used until 19:00 h. I understand that’s to avoid disturbing other guests, but part of the room is built with plywood walls and you can hear everything the neighbours on the other side are doing. The oven was broken…
