The best part was the staff, especially in the kitchen and dining area—they were very attentive. The rooms were very comfortable, making it an excellent accommodation. However, the rooms were not soundproof; I could hear the neighbours easily.

The location is quite good, 20 minutes from the airport and a 10‑minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. The hotel itself is conventional in structure, and I loved the warm, secure bricks. The room was good, and I appreciated that it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was awesome with great options. Nothing negative; the hotel was super amazing.

The staff were terrific, especially those in the restaurant/bar area. They remembered my tea order on the first day and brought me tea at every breakfast. I also liked the laundry service and the gym. The location is convenient, but you shouldn’t wander alone at night.
