What we liked most was the quiet of the accommodation; because it is a townhouse, we didn’t hear other guests and could rest well, enjoying a calm stay. What we disliked most was that when we arrived the room was not ready, still dirty after the previous guests, and we had to contact staff ourselves to report it, as they seemed unaware; no one checked the room, we had to send photos, and only then did they send someone to clean, while we had to wait. Another uncomfortable point was the access system, everything was managed via a mobile link that made key handling tedious. The internet connection was poor, Wi‑Fi barely reached our room. Finally, the shower layout felt impractical and lacked privacy; the open space with glass meant that whenever one of us wanted to shower, the other had to leave the room and wait outside. Traveling with my father made this especially awkward. Overall, although the place is quiet, we believe several important aspects need improvement, especially room cleaning and preparation before arrival, staff communication, and bathroom privacy.
