The hotel's location was perfect, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. However, we were shocked to find out that they charged us an extra 10% tax on top of the booking price, which was already supposed to include everything.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with any issues that came up during our stay. They really made our trip a lot smoother.

The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch, with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. The staff even upgraded our room for free, which was a lovely touch. However, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a real issue, and the automatic lights that came on in the middle of the night were super annoying.
