“Great location, super clean, check in tricky as no reception.”

Super clean bathroom and great to have a window for fresh air/ natural light. Tea/ coffee making facilities and small fridge also good. Location was amazing, right by the castle and an ncp next door. Nice staff. Good communication. Secure. The small check in window 3-9pm is inconvenient - this is not a hotel style set up as advertised and there is nothing on the website suggesting it either so it would help if that was in the description. I was also charged for a triple/ double room (£80) but it had two single beds and the website shows those as £48-£55

Cleanliness. Property says it has "Parking on site" but there are a lot of Parking around the place but not at the property. Checkin time is until 9:00 pm and you have to pay extra for 25 for late checkin; not mentioned anywhere. The door gets locked if by mistake enter wrong key; to open that you need to pay for 30 GBP. Not mentioned You have to tell the receptionist that when you come before your arrival so he is available

“Not very comfortable, good location”

Very good central location next to the castle. Was charged a Secret £50 pre auth deposit when I arrived at the venue Shower was going ice cold every 30 seconds Bed was very uncomfortable woke up with pains in my neck and back, and springs kept popping when I moved Was not easy to find

“Excellent value for money”

Right in the city, a 30 second walk from the castle and the bed was comfortable. Great value for money
