The value was good, and the hotel staff helped set up tours to Iguazu Falls on both the Brazilian and Argentine sides. The noise from outside the room was a problem: other guests in the corridor spoke loudly or shouted, and the children in the neighboring room bang on the walls and shout late into the evening.

It’s my third time staying in Switzerland, and I’m always very well received; the breakfast is excellent and the space is great for relaxing.

I really liked the reception staff, especially Mr Paulo, who was very kind. The room’s cleanliness was an issue: the staff didn’t clean 100 % of the time, but when I arrived it was clean, and it stayed clean only during my stay.
