The value for money is great and the spot is perfect—right next to the best market in the area, with pharmacies, a fruit‑and‑veg shop, cafés and restaurants all around. Milena gave me a perfect 10‑point service; she was friendly and pleasant.

The location is fantastic and the price‑to‑quality ratio is great. The air‑conditioning, however, was faulty.

No breakfast was included, even though I thought it was. The location is very convenient for going anywhere you want, right next to one of the biggest tourist supermarkets. It faces a large park, almost at the corner of a main avenue. I would have liked deeper cleaning and better maintenance, for example the minibar, the shelves for hanging clothes were neglected and had an unpleasant smell, among other things.

Milena from the first shift was very attentive and took care of the guests’ well‑being. Even during the shift change she gave us support in the room! Thank you, an excellent employee!
