The location was very good, especially for those planning trips to the archaeological sites, and the service was very good. The breakfast offered many foods in small portions but met the needs. The furniture was old and the building had not been renovated.

Overall good. We would have liked more fresh salad and fruit at breakfast.

The price and location were good, and the staff were very attentive, kind, and available 24 hours for help. At night the street could be a little noisy, but that’s part of the town.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street can be a bit much at night. On the plus side, the staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, which is a big plus. Overall, the hotel's strengths outweigh its weaknesses, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. However, the staff's complete lack of knowledge about hospitality is a major letdown. They seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests' needs, and I had to ask multiple times for simple things like extra towels and a room key. It's a shame, because with some basic training, this place could be a real gem.
