The hotel was very modern and comfortable for business, located fairly centrally, though it wasn't the best spot for sightseeing, but it was acceptable.

We chose this place because it was close to the airport, very practical, clean, and had a restaurant so we didn't need to go out; the food was good and the staff were very friendly, but the bedroom was too hot.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and there was nothing negative.

I was very impressed with some members of the restaurant team at breakfast, especially Elna who quickly knew what each family member wanted and delivered excellent service; however, room service was not available 24 hours, cleaning was poor, there was no flexibility in adding an extra bed for kids, and laundry returned with stains and had shrunk.
