“Boa estadia”
The hotel is beautiful, well‑maintained, with impeccable landscaping and décor. The staff are very attentive, and there are always plenty of employees during meals, so guests are well served. Despite being comfortable, the lounge in the accommodation we stayed in, Casa do Pomar, lacks a TV and the sofa should be replaced with a more comfortable one. The meal service is poor: we arrived on Thursday for lunch and only things improved on Saturday, with themed lunch and dinner that were excellent. The menu offers only one starter and three main‑course options, with cheap proteins made with little care (and all listed on the menu with the word OR between them!). A shame, not to mention it degrades the hotel’s quality. But nothing that can’t be revamped to make Fazenda Santa Vitória a five‑star hotel.
