The hotel is a marvel, a colonial house full of art and style. Inma, the host, is charming. She showed us every detail of the house and explained everything we could do in Oña and the surrounding area. It’s truly a luxury to have her house and her knowledge of the region. She personally prepared an exquisite breakfast for us.

This house and its lovely owner are truly one of a kind! She is incredibly friendly and helpful, and seems to know every road, viewpoint and hidden corner within at least a 100-km radius. The breakfast is sensational, and the house itself is full of fascinating things, from a Californian player piano from the late 1800s to African art. Everything has been put together with so much love and character. I’ll never forget the wonderful smell of the house either. Highly recommended! Spanish spoken only, but a translation app definitely helps. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

They left me hanging at the hotel door saying they had no booking, even though Booking confirmed it. Everything.
