The room is spacious, the bathroom is well equipped and has air conditioning, and the balcony is generous. The breakfast area is very pleasant, the entire place is very clean, and every staff member is friendly, hardworking, professional and goes above and beyond. There is nothing to dislike.

The central spot right next to the train station and bus stop was perfect, the breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and cheerful, and the whole place felt like a family-run charm. We were very happy and definitely want to come back.

We had a great time as a family at Hotel Donna Rosa. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent advice for excursions, and we enjoyed a tour to Etna and a dolphin‑watching trip. The rooms next to the street are a bit noisy.
