The location was great, very close to everything in Scranton but far enough away that parking wasn’t a worry. I found three long black hairs on the sheet and the bedding was somewhat wrinkled, which made me think it hadn’t been washed. Later I saw what I thought was the housekeeper, whose hair matched what was left on the bed, so I guess she left a few behind while making it. She was also standing by the front desk berating the night desk guy about his inability to accomplish anything at all during his shift, indicating both staff members could use some improvement.
