The location was close to all restaurants. All four rooms we stayed in had water issues; the hot water was so slow you couldn’t even take a proper shower, the exhaust fan in the toilet was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself, the toilet fixtures were falling apart, and the towels smelled a lot. For the same price or cheaper you could get chalets overlooking the mountains. The hotel has no views of any kind.

We stayed just one night, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The shower in the bathroom had very little hot water, making it difficult to shower.

The accommodation was new and clean. It had a heat pump in the room, which is great for keeping warm on cold days. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The reception lady was very friendly. There’s a restaurant right across from the hotel. The location is good after completing the panoramic route.
