“Disappointing Experience Despite Comfortable Facilities”

The hotel's facilities were very comfortable, but unfortunately, my room wasn't cleaned properly, and the receptionist didn't speak my language, which made communication difficult. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were limited.

I had a wonderful stay, with the staff being extremely kind and generous, and my room was clean, comfortable, and nice. Everything was great, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast. It was a pleasure to stay here.

“Friendly Staff but Room Maintenance Needed”

The staff at this hotel were super friendly, and the lobby was nicely done, which made for a great start to my stay. However, my room had some issues, including a hole in the bathroom door, damaged baseboards, and a window screen that wouldn't close, plus the breakfast wasn't impressive.

“A Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Room Cleanliness”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff seemed friendly and courteous, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of my room. Upon checking in, I was told that my initial room was filthy, and I was offered an alternative. Unfortunately, the second room was also in a deplorable state, with a strong odor of gas or mold. The tub and shower curtain were clogged with hair and dirt, which was quite off-putting. I'm still trying to process the experience.

I found the hotel to be reasonably priced, conveniently located, and comfortable, which were all positives. However, I did experience some issues with the toilet, which wasn't functioning properly. Despite this, it was a decent stay.
