The elevator was the only negative point, while the overall location and Excel were positive.

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean, the location was great, the floor was not carpeted, and the room size was very good. The mattress and pillows were old and firm, a generator sounded all the time (even at night), the shower water flooded the whole bathroom, the bathroom had no ventilation, the room door had no lock, the window didn’t block the cold, and the elevator was very slow – when it wasn’t broken we had to carry our luggage down the stairs.
