The spot is ideal for visiting Venice, yet the room was very small, the bed was against the wall and in front of the bathroom, making movement impossible, there were no bedside tables or lamps reachable from the bed, only a ceiling light, the shower was tiny and barely usable, street and hotel noise was high, breakfast could only be taken after 08:00 or after 09:00, there were few tables so waiting in the vestibule was necessary until one became available, and no staff were at reception in the mornings or evenings.

“Amazing, bed can be improved”

The location was spot‑on, the room was roomy with a street view, and the corner was gorgeous; the staff were friendly. The only gripe was the time it took to change the mattress.

“Best location to explore the center of Venice.”

The spot was fantastic, right next to everything. The room fit the bill, and the staff were super friendly, replying quickly on WhatsApp. The bathroom was tidy, the water hot with good pressure. The hotel is only an 8‑minute walk from the airport boat‑stop called Ospedale, beside a huge hospital that looks like a cathedral. The streets were clean throughout the area and felt safe day and night, with no odors in October even though the temperature was 23 °C. The free breakfast was simple but fresh, and the coffee was good. The room had only two electrical sockets, and in the morning a little street noise came from a coffee shop/restaurant that opened early. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable.
