“Very good hotel in the city center except the air-conditioning system.”

The spot was very good, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast on the top floor with the mountain view was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had been fully renovated. The air‑conditioning was problematic; I couldn’t lower the temperature or increase the ventilation, so it felt stuffy at night.

“Choose Smart due to location”

I liked the breakfast and the staff were very attentive, especially at the breakfast area, but the reception was a bit slow. The location was convenient and the shower was excellent with plenty of bathroom accessories. On clear days the views during breakfast were gorgeous, and the coffee was pretty good. However, my room didn’t feel like it belonged in a 4‑star hotel – it was quite small under the “single room” heading, the windows were dirty (which I found totally disgusting), and the view was over a residue dump. It was really cold, although that improved a bit. With few guests around, the hotel could and should have upgraded my room after I complained.

The hotel is very centrally located, within walking distance of the main square, parks, restaurants, cafes, and a nonstop supermarket. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff were kind and the breakfast was great. I couldn’t open the windows and the AC was hard to control. The TV wasn’t working; a staff member promised to fix it the next day but it never happened.

Personalet var mycket hjälpsamt, särskilt flickan i receptionen. Allt var nytt och fräscht. Maten i restaurangen var lite för dyr.

Clean accommodation with nice breakfast. Not far from the city centre. I messaged through Booking if they were able to arrange an airport transfer since I landed at 3AM and never received a reply
