“A good hotel”

The rooms were spacious. The area wasn’t great.

I didn’t even get a chance to grab a coffee, and the front desk only spoke English, which was a bummer because I’m French and wanted clearer explanations.

The pool, gym, and location were great, and the staff were polite and helpful, but the stay was good overall even though the problems weren’t really the hotel’s fault.

Parking and the staff were fine, but the room felt dated and rundown: bathroom lightbulbs were out, the fridge was broken, the carpet was ripped by the bathroom, and the thermostat didn’t work, making it hot.

The hotel was lovely overall with a comfortable bed, a nice pool and fitness room, and great value for a downtown spot, though construction in front of the hotel messed up our Uber pickup.
