The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The pre‑check‑in was a bit troublesome, but detailed photos showing the room’s location and how to use the elevator were sent beforehand, so I reached my room without any hassle. The view from the room was great, the room itself was clean and spacious, and the toilet had been thoroughly washed, giving me peace of mind. The only issue was that the place to put the shower head looked like it was about to break. Other than that, nothing else, and I think it’s a safe place to stay.

Excellent location and condition for the price. It wasn’t far from Termini station, so moving around was easy.
