The breakfast spread was solid, rooms were tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we found the original room’s flush didn’t work, they promptly swapped and upgraded us, even supplying the small items we needed. Overall, a very good stay. The downside was that the top‑floor restaurant was infested with mosquitoes, which needs to be addressed.

Food in restaurant is good. Hospitality needs to be improved. Customer first attitude is not at all there. No coordination among the staffs. Feel, they need to work on these dimensions heavily

The bed and the parking. The toilet wasn't great, the room size is too small for the price range, fridge was not working, the breakfast wasn't available till 8AM and we had to leave at 730 without any breakfast

The place offers decent space but the cleanliness feels lacking and the food preparation quality is sub‑standard. The location is inconvenient relative to the railway station and NH connection.

The room size is a bit questionable, but given the limited options in the city, this spot gets the job done. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall cleanliness is good.
