The hot spring and room were clean and comfortable; the hallway was enjoyable with artwork, and the restaurant was very tasty—friendly staff made it a pleasant stay. No complaints.

The room was very clean, and the large public bath was also great. I wish there were a convenience store nearby.

The hotel was new, close to the station, had a hot spring, and felt like a good deal. When I requested a late check‑out, only one staff member was on the phone and I had to wait; another staff member eventually answered. It seems staffing is thin at that hour, and I expected that someone would be able to call for help even while on the phone.
