Every day the room service arrived without me having to call, and the coffee maker in the room came with both regular and decaf options. The room was clean and the Wi‑Fi was strong. My room was at the back, which should have been quiet, but people were rummaging through the trash late at night. I joked with my family that I had the jankiest bathroom – the toilet holder was broken, the bath faucet wasn’t assembled, and the bath stopper was just a rim instead of the original. I’ve stayed at Best Westerns before and usually liked their breakfast, but this time it wasn’t great. The room was also incredibly hot.

The place was quiet, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was good. The reception staff’s welcome was lacking.

The hotel was simple but comfortable, well‑located for visiting the Napa Valley, which was our main reason for traveling. Our room was spacious, well‑decorated, and felt newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. The breakfast service could have been improved a bit, considering the price paid.
