They cancelled my reservation and didn't inform me; when I arrived at the property they declined to accept the booking confirmation I received by mail.
The room decoration was nice, but the staff behavior was very good.
Everything was fine.
The hotel did not allot my rooms inspite of confirmed booking. I had been humiliated in front of family. Had to take the pain of booking another hotel . Mental harrasment was caused by the hotel staff. They had alloted our booked rooms to other boarders . I could not stay there because the hotel cancelled our room booked since it was booked from booking. com. I want the authorities. to take action against this hotel
The location is excellent, the facilities are modern—especially the food, and there’s a rooftop swimming pool that’s enjoyable. I have no dislikes, but I suggest keeping the slippers in the room for use only, providing adequate tea and coffee leaves, and offering small biscuits for morning tea; otherwise everything is fine, especially the excellent morning breakfast.
