Location. Close to convention centre. Few rooms had a decent window. I turned down an upgrade as it had no window

The place was close enough to the CBD to be handy, but the staff felt a bit cold and the room was left uncleaned—rubbish scattered around and the bed wasn’t made.

The spot was spot on and the room felt super comfy. Nothing else to note.

We stayed in room 404, a self‑contained unit with kitchen facilities that met all our needs; it was clean, well‑equipped and pretty. The hotel sits near the city centre, everything was a short walk away, and we were happy overall. The downside was that our room had no view except a vent, but once the curtains were pulled back it didn’t bother us.
