The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained, the pool is a huge added value, the staff is professional and very friendly, and the director is outstanding.

The only downside was that we couldn’t use the outdoor pool. On the first day bad weather kept us away, and on the second day the pool wasn’t properly maintained – chlorine wasn’t added – probably because the previous day’s weather made them think no guests would want to use it. It was a shame because we would have gladly taken advantage of the heated water.

Cleanliness, location, and the staff’s friendliness were all excellent. I would have liked to see some lactose‑free options at breakfast.
