Breakfast was bland, just a cold cup of tea and three breads; the location was fine, close to the main market. The price felt high for what we received. Water stopped during a shower, draining into the rooftop tank. The toilet was loose, the top cover hung unevenly and swung both ways. The kitchen on the second floor was occupied by other guests, so we couldn’t cook; we had thought we’d have a separate kitchen. Lighting was unreliable at various times, the AC cycled on and off, and only DC power was supplied for lights. We were given a single towel for all four days.

The place was spotless and quiet, with a super comfy bed and consistently warm water and AC. Sheraz Ahmed was a very kind and attentive host, and we felt welcomed from the very beginning.
