A great spot, just a short walk to the main strip, the beach, and the bus and taxi ranks, yet far enough from the noise to sleep well. It sits next to a karaoke bar that closes early, and the soundproofing is top‑class. The place is clean, the rooms comfortable, and the staff friendly—especially Jarn at the bar, who whips up an amazing cocktail. Nothing to complain about.

The cleaning was decent. Nobody mentioned a welcome; the owner was angry all the time, which made for a bad experience. All the other hotels around are better.

The location was good and there was plenty of space around the pool and restaurant. However, the doors to the rooms slam shut and wake you up at all hours. The room decor feels old, the reception area needs an update, and no one was at the front desk to check in even though we had been pre‑warned. The food at the restaurant was very average.
