Parking is right at the hotel, the room and bathroom are cozy, and everything needed for a layover is present, though the reception isn’t staffed all the time.

For a short 1‑2 night stay the hotel is okay; breakfast at the café on Langen Straße 114 in Driburg was good and the service friendly, but the large pillows were uncomfortable and my friend slept without any.

“Super Aufenthalt für wenig Geld”

The hotel was very quiet, the Netto was nearby and the Casper Heinrich Klinik was quick to reach; I smoked medical marijuana and nobody bothered me or demanded a report. The shower cabin was a nightmare—clean outside but inside full of crust and mucus on tiles and the shower rail; the shower head was broken and just glued back, forcing me to hold it constantly like a water bottle. Showering was exhausting, so I went to the thermal bath (10‑minute walk). I also missed a small minibar fridge or similar cooling option. Regarding cleanliness, the hotel was lucky that I’m not scared of spiders; about 5‑10 cm between the headboard and wall created a huge space for spiders and webs, and I found two behind my head—quite gross. Remote batteries should be replaced. Everything else was fine.
