Palazzo Bellini

“Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank, Elsa!”

The rooms were beautiful, clean and generous, and the location was perfect. The staff were charming and helpful. There were plenty of great restaurants and cafés right nearby. To get into the accommodation you need a working smartphone, but everything worked smoothly.

Everything I needed was there, and the room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the staff was poor because we didn't speak Italian; they didn't answer our calls when we arrived. We eventually reached them on WhatsApp by translating our messages into Italian with Google Translate, and then they responded and were nice.

“Séjour parfait malgré une chaleur écrasante”

The location was ideal for exploring the heart of Turin, the breakfast was “gargantuesque” and perfect for starting the day, and the welcome was warm. The windows do not block outside noise.

“Short and sweet”

The place was close enough to walk to the main train station, but finding a taxi on Sundays can be tough if you plan to go elsewhere. The decor and room were cute, and the host was friendly and accommodating, making it an overall good stay. Check‑in was a bit tricky but ultimately worked out fine for me; if you’re not tech‑savvy or arrive very late it could be an issue. The room is part of a larger apartment, so you’ll definitely hear hallway noise and other guests in nearby rooms, though that wasn’t a big deal since I was only there for one night.

“Wonderful experience in Torino”

Elegant rooms and an amazing breakfast made my visit unforgettable, and Elsa, the manager and chef, was simply the most exquisite person I’ve ever met; I can’t think of anything negative.
