The décor is amazing, everything is super clean, breakfasts are fantastic and the food at the street café is tasty! The hotel sits in a nice quiet neighborhood that's pleasant to stroll around. The staff are very friendly, and the manager is just adorable. The only downside was the massage quality, which was not great. Also, make sure to hang a “do not disturb” sign on the door because the staff might come in at inconvenient times to clean.

The room and bathroom area were good, and the receptionist was polite. The restaurant service was very bad, and the promised breakfast/fine dining was not provided.

The hotel staff were kind, especially the “conductor” Islam. The breakfast was a bit “minimal”.
