“Eine gute Adresse für einen Stralsund-Aufenthalt !”

We used the apartment for a single overnight stop in Stralsund. It was ideal for us: the rooms felt friendly, stylish, clean, and very new. The box‑spring bed was very comfortable, but the pull‑out sofa where my husband and I slept was not as comfy, which is typical of a sofa bed. Overall, we felt at ease and the reception staff were very helpful. We didn't use breakfast. Personally, I would have liked a stronger blackout option in the sleeping area, even though curtains were available to pull.

“A good night stay”

We stayed at a small hotel on the edge of downtown, but the spot was convenient. We arrived just before the front desk closed in the evening and slept well. Breakfast was good, the beds comfy, the staff very nice, parking was on-site, and everything was clean except one issue. We originally wanted to stay an extra night, but they were fully booked, so we had to move elsewhere. The main problem was that the shower head seemed poorly cleaned, with black grime and lime buildup. We only noticed it in the morning, which surprised us since the rest of the room was tidy and well maintained. We told the staff, who were very receptive, apologized, and offered compensation that we accepted. I hope they fix this, because otherwise it would have been almost perfect.

The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location was good with a bus stop nearby. However, the hotel sits right on a busy intersection, so in summer with open windows it can get very loud. The breakfast still has room for improvement: the rolls, cheese, sausage, and the like could be higher quality, though fresh, sliced fruit was available.

The location was good, within walking distance of the old town. Breakfast was great, the room was bright and nicely furnished, and everything needed was present.
