“Good value for money”

The place was very clean, the staff were lovely and polite, and the location was great—right in the middle of everything but not too close to the party scene.

“An okay stay”

The rooms are smaller than they appear in pictures, housekeeping is terrible – they didn’t clean and I was handed dirty sheets that I couldn’t swap because housekeeping had already left by the time I went to bed, and there was a lot of noise at night and in the mornings.

“Location is good but hotel is not value for money and I wonder why this is five star hotel 🤔”

The night‑shift security officer was friendly and helpful, but not all staff were that kind; the rooms feel cramped and the pool is too small and shallow.
