The breakfasts were wonderful, and the coffee tasted better than in a café.

The location and compactness were good, and the staff were friendly and loyal (they made coffee for us after the power outage and when the tension eased). The power outages in the morning turned on the air‑conditioner loudly, and its noise woke us up. Also, we couldn’t watch TV.

The “Marzen” hotel left us with very pleasant impressions! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay and relax here. Thanks for the great service and wonderful atmosphere! We definitely recommend the hotel and would gladly stay again.

The staff are friendly and will help if you need anything. The location is very convenient from both the train station and the bus station, making it easy to stroll around the hotel and the city. There was a heater, so even on a cold night it stayed warm.
