A modern, well‑maintained hotel that had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay; breakfast was perfectly adequate with a reasonable selection, and there were plenty of parking spaces. The only downside was the traffic noise, but since we chose the hotel partly for its proximity to the M25, we couldn’t complain.

Finding the place was easy, it’s close to the shopping centre, and the staff were clean and helpful. The rooms were small and hard to get around, and there was no refrigerator for our 2.5‑year‑old daughter to store milk.

The breakfast room was fine, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We just wished for a bit more variety in cold breakfast items, like mixed fruit with different yoghurts.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it for both business and leisure. The lovely lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly, making a great first impression on arrival. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and we were delighted to have such a quiet room. We couldn’t hear any noise from outside, which made for a really peaceful night’s sleep. The breakfast and coffee was excellent and the ladies who served and cleared up after us and made sure everything was topped up were great . It made all the difference to are start to the day. The hotel’s location is also very convenient for getting around St Albans and Hatfield, with easy access to the M25.And with the locals busrunning past on the Bell Roundabout it meant leaving the car and heading into St Albans Overall, a fantastic stay with a clean room, excellent breakfast, friendly service and a peaceful night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again!. Nothing
