Check‑in was easy and the customer service was friendly—something that matters these days. The elevator was nice, and I’d stay again. The location is great, with food places nearby and a gas station right next to the hotel.

A fantastic hotel with a welcoming team, a prime spot, tasty breakfast, and spotless rooms. No complaints.

The place feels modern, but the overnight staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful, telling me “the new owners won’t let me do anything”, “I’m not taking blame for housekeeping’s mistake”, and “There’s nothing I can do”. Another guest witnessed the same treatment and told me he was treated poorly too. The stay was on 9/16.

The room carried a strong, unpleasant scent from the cleaning product used, which lingered until the night. The ice machines were partially non‑functional, making it hard to get ice for drinks. At 0400 the front desk staff were not helpful.
