The manager/agent at the counter was very attentive to my requests, but the AI robot on the customer service phone line was annoying.

Breakfast offered a good variety. Our window leaked when it rained, the power went out during storms in the area and the staff made no effort to inform guests about what was happening. The emergency lights were not working either, and the sprinkler system in our room looked only partially installed.
