The location is absolutely amazing, but it’s a shame they don’t cater at all to beachgoers. The rooms are clean and close to shop and beach. The lady was unbelievably rude—she didn’t even say hi when she opened the door, ignored us each time we came in and out, and when I called the next day to speak to the manager she yelled that he wasn’t there, hung up, and wouldn’t answer the phone again. It was insane; I’ve never met someone so rude.

There’s no hair dryer in the room, yet the listing says one is available. Also the water isn’t hot, just warm.

The staff were friendly and the hotel stayed clean, but turning on the shower was a hassle and the basin tap kept wobbling.

Old and tired in appearance. Mainly dinner service . Waited one hour and fifteen minutes for a garden salad and a Caesar salad which was our meal we ordered . The garden salad which cost $18 was made up of a handful of mixed leaves , 1/4 of a tomato cut in half and some grated carrot !
